Gary Su – Managing Partner
Originally from Taipei, Gary Su is the visionary behind The Park’s concept. With a background in global nightlife and luxury hospitality, he shaped the bar’s Indochine-meets-modern-California design and menu philosophy. Gary believes the best bars tell stories — through every drink, every detail, and every guest interaction.

Hong Anh is your first welcome to The
Park. With a genuine smile and an intuitive eye, she ensures every guest
feels anticipated and valued from the moment they arrive. Whether guiding
you to your reserved couch or finding the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset,
her goal is to seamlessly begin your unforgettable rooftop experience.

Jimmy is the innovator behind our signature draft cocktail program, where modern
technique meets mixology artistry. He specializes in crafting perfectly

From the Founders — Evelyn & Gary
What started as a dream between two visionaries — Evelyn, an entrepreneur from California, and Gary, a bar veteran from Taipei — became The Park Rooftop Bar & Lounge, one of Saigon’s most inspiring rooftop destinations. Together, they blended California creativity with Taiwanese mixology expertise to bring a new kind of cocktail experience to Ho Chi Minh City.
